Ginger and garlic stir fry

Quick and yummy.

Onion - sliced
carrots - sliced
peppers - sliced
mushrooms - sliced
couple of cloves of garlic -chopped
knob of ginger - peeled and chopped
oil
peas
sweetcorn
soy sauce
noodles - pre cooked
spring greens -roughly chopped
beansprouts
quorn pieces ( just as yummy without)

Heat the oil until very hot then chuck in all the veg and quickly stir fry. Splosh in a good big glug of soy sauce, stir til everything is coated, then chuck in the noodles. Quick stir - perhaps a bit more soy sauce or water if it's looking a bit dry for your liking, then serve.

We're definateley in sinc here!this is very similar to what we had. 'cept I had to use tagliatelli instead of noodles. well, same thing really! I used tofu, baby corn, sugar snaps, thin beans, carrot, white cabbage, strips of leek,garlic and ginger
