Soda Bread

1 lb malthouse flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp Bicarbonate of soda
11 fl oz milk
  • Mix dry ingredients
  • add milk and mix into soft dough
  • make into a ball and put on olied tray
  • cut a cross in the top 1" deep
  • bake at 220C for 35 mins
